{"id":32217,"date":"2025-11-15T20:08:05","date_gmt":"2025-11-15T19:08:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/shop.nkolimpija.si\/?page_id=32217"},"modified":"2025-11-15T20:08:24","modified_gmt":"2025-11-15T19:08:24","slug":"refunds","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/shop.nkolimpija.si\/en\/refunds\/","title":{"rendered":"Refunds"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Refund, exchange and withdrawal policy<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n<p>This document sets out the rules for returns, exchanges, claims and withdrawal from the contract, in accordance with applicable Slovenian law and best practices of online commerce.<\/p>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Consumer&#8217;s right of withdrawal (14 days)<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n<p>In the case of distance purchases, the consumer has the right to notify the trader <strong>within 14 days of receiving the product<\/strong> that he or she is <strong>withdrawing from the contract<\/strong>, without having to give a reason.<\/p>\n\n<p>The period of 14 days shall start on:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>when the consumer receives the goods,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The consumer may withdraw from the contract in writing by sending an e-mail to <strong>shop@nkolimpija.si<\/strong> or by filling in the standard <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.nkolimpija.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/obrazec-za-vracilo-artiklov-1.pdf\"><strong>withdrawal form<\/strong><\/a>if the shop provides one.<\/p>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Return of the product after withdrawal from the contract<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n<p>After giving the notice of withdrawal, the consumer has <strong>14 days<\/strong> to return the product to the trader&#8217;s address:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>FC OLIMPIJA d.o.o., Vojkova ulica 100, Ljubljana<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The product must be returned:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>undamaged,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unused,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unchanged,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in the original or equivalent packaging,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>with an invoice or other proof of purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The consumer is liable for diminution in the value of the goods if he has acted in a manner other than that which is strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (PDPA-1).<\/p>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Products that do NOT allow refunds<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n<p>Under Article 135 of the VAT Act, refunds <strong>are not possible<\/strong> for: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>products that have <strong>been manufactured according to the consumer&#8217;s precise instructions<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>goods that are <strong>clearly tailored to the consumer<\/strong> (personalised),<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Personalised products<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Personalised products are:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>products with names, dates, dedications,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bespoke or custom-designed products,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>customised colour combinations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>products made exclusively on the basis of consumer preferences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Such products cannot be returned or exchanged<\/strong>, except in the case of defect or damage on receipt.<\/p>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Refund of the purchase price<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n<p>The trader shall return all payments received to the consumer no later than <strong>14 days after receiving the product back<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>The refund shall be made in the same way as the payment was made, unless the consumer expressly requests otherwise.<\/p>\n\n<p>The cost of returning the goods (postage) is borne by the consumer.<\/p>\n\n<p>Postage and other additional costs (e.g. express delivery) are non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Complaints and material defects<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n<p>If the product does not work properly, is damaged or has a material defect, the consumer has the right to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>replacements,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>repairs,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a proportionate reduction in the purchase price, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The complaint must contain a description of the defect and proof of purchase. The trader undertakes to reply to the complaint within a <strong>maximum of 8 days<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Exchanges<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n<p>Exchanges are possible for products that:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>are unused,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>intact,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in their original packaging,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>replacement products are in stock,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>returned within 14 days of receipt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>To make an exchange, please contact us at: <strong>shop@nkolimpija.si<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Sending refunds<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n<p>Send the product to:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>FC OLIMPIJA d.o.o., Vojkova ulica 100, Ljubljana<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>We recommend sending with a tracking number, as the trader is not responsible for lost parcels that are not received.<\/p>\n\n<p>When returning higher-value items, we recommend sending them with insurance.<\/p>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8.
