Delivery and returns

For all products that are not personalised, we will make sure that they are dispatched the next working day after the order is received. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery.

💚 For personalised products (with name, number or other customisations), the dispatch time is 2-3 working days, as we make them especially for you.
If you need the product sooner, please contact us at shop@nkolimpia.si.

❗Important: Personalized products are non-refundable as they are made to your specifications.

For all other products, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt of order.

🚚 Postage is € 5.30. For orders over € 100 in Slovenia and over € 150 in the EU delivery is free.
