FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Yes. On selected items (e.g., jerseys) we offer personalization with name and number. When you select the products, enter the details and choose printing with sponsors and/or emblem. The personalization cost is listed on each item.
No. Personalized products (e.g., jersey with custom name and number) cannot be returned or exchanged by law and online store policies, as they are made-to-order products.
Please double-check the spelling accuracy (name, number, size) before placing your order.
Production and delivery times for personalized products are usually extended by 1–3 business days.
If you're in a hurry (e.g., for a gift), we recommend ordering as early as possible or contact us at shop@nkolimpija.si.
If personalization has NOT yet gone into production – changes are possible.
If the product is already in process – changes can no longer be made.
The fastest way is to email shop@nkolimpija.si with your order number.
If it's an error due to production/printing mistake (e.g., incorrectly printed even though you entered the data correctly), we will of course fix or replace the product free of charge.
However, if the error is in the data entered during ordering (typing error, wrong number, etc.) – return or exchange is not possible.
No. Delivery costs vary by country/region.
The exact delivery price is calculated in the cart when you enter the delivery address.
For shipments outside the EU, local customs/taxes/fees may be charged by the recipient country's customs.
This is not included in the purchase or delivery cost with us — the buyer is responsible for payment.
