
Refunds
Refund, exchange and withdrawal policy
This document sets out the rules for returns, exchanges, claims and withdrawal from the contract, in accordance with applicable Slovenian law and best practices of online commerce.
1. Consumer’s right of withdrawal (14 days)
In the case of distance purchases, the consumer has the right to notify the trader within 14 days of receiving the product that he or she is withdrawing from the contract, without having to give a reason.
The period of 14 days shall start on:
- when the consumer receives the goods,
The consumer may withdraw from the contract in writing by sending an e-mail to shop@nkolimpija.si or by filling in the standard withdrawal formif the shop provides one.
2. Return of the product after withdrawal from the contract
After giving the notice of withdrawal, the consumer has 14 days to return the product to the trader’s address:

The product must be returned:
- undamaged,
- unused,
- unchanged,
- in the original or equivalent packaging,
- with an invoice or other proof of purchase.
The consumer is liable for diminution in the value of the goods if he has acted in a manner other than that which is strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (PDPA-1).
3. Products that do NOT allow refunds
Under Article 135 of the VAT Act, refunds are not possible for:
- products that have been manufactured according to the consumer’s precise instructions,
- goods that are clearly tailored to the consumer (personalised),
Personalised products
Personalised products are:
- products with names, dates, dedications,
- bespoke or custom-designed products,
- customised colour combinations,
- products made exclusively on the basis of consumer preferences.
Such products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of defect or damage on receipt.
4. Refund of the purchase price
The trader shall return all payments received to the consumer no later than 14 days after receiving the product back.
The refund shall be made in the same way as the payment was made, unless the consumer expressly requests otherwise.
The cost of returning the goods (postage) is borne by the consumer.
Postage and other additional costs (e.g. express delivery) are non-refundable.
5. Complaints and material defects
If the product does not work properly, is damaged or has a material defect, the consumer has the right to:
- replacements,
- repairs,
- a proportionate reduction in the purchase price, or
- refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not possible.
The complaint must contain a description of the defect and proof of purchase. The trader undertakes to reply to the complaint within a maximum of 8 days.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are possible for products that:
- are unused,
- intact,
- in their original packaging,
- replacement products are in stock,
- returned within 14 days of receipt.

7. Sending refunds
Send the product to:
FC OLIMPIJA d.o.o., Vojkova ulica 100, Ljubljana
We recommend sending with a tracking number, as the trader is not responsible for lost parcels that are not received.
When returning higher-value items, we recommend sending them with insurance.
